The 5 Voices Leader Academy Process
The 5 Voices Leader Academy is an immersive six-session program designed for groups of 10 to 50 leaders. Each session builds on the last, taking participants from individual self-awareness all the way to multiplying their leadership in others. The program follows GiANT Worldwide's Sherpa Model, built on the principle that the healthiest leaders guide their teams toward success by first becoming the healthiest version of themselves.
