You need your leadership team rowing in the same direction. This gives everyone a shared language for how they think, communicate, and make decisions.
Your people are talented individually but struggling to gel. Different communication styles are creating friction instead of momentum.
You're scaling fast and the cracks are starting to show. New hires, shifting roles, and growing pains are straining the culture you worked hard to build.
Mergers, restructures, new leadership. Your team is navigating change and needs a framework to rebuild trust and alignment quickly.
Teams can't communicate well until each person understands how they're wired. In this first workshop, every team member takes the 5 Voices assessment and discovers their foundational leadership voice, what each voice brings at its best, how the five voices interact, and why certain team dynamics exist. This is where people finally have language for the things they've felt but couldn't articulate.
Individual 5 Voices assessment results for every team member
A shared language for how each person thinks and communicates
An understanding of why certain dynamics exist on the team
Personal development plans based on each person's voice
Now that your team knows their voices, it's time to understand the impact those voices have on others, both positive and negative. Your team will work through their tendency patterns, uncover their triggers, and learn how the over-representation or under-representation of certain voices affects performance. This is where people stop taking things personally and start seeing team dynamics through a completely different lens.
Awareness of each voice's positive and negative impact
A tendency log that maps individual patterns under pressure
Understanding of how voice imbalances affect the team
Tools for leading yourself before trying to lead others
Communication breakdowns rarely happen because of bad intentions. They happen because people don't understand how trust and influence actually work. In this workshop, your team will learn how trust and influence are built (and broken) in relationships, identify the barriers to trust on your team, and take the Team Performance Assessment for the first time to establish a baseline for where you are right now.
A framework for how trust and influence are built across voices
Clarity on the specific barriers to trust on your team
Strategies for maximizing influence with different personality types
A Team Performance Assessment baseline to measure growth
Most teams think they're collaborating when they're really just coexisting in the same meetings. This workshop tackles what real collaboration looks like by introducing the Communication Code, a framework for understanding how each person naturally communicates and where their blind spots live. Your team will also build Rules of Team Engagement, a set of agreements for how you'll communicate, give feedback, and work through disagreement going forward.
The Communication Code framework for every team member
Rules of Team Engagement your team builds and agrees to together
Tools for leveraging each person's strengths in collaborative work
Strategies for increasing team capacity and strengthening relationships
Your team has the awareness and the tools. Now it's time to turn that into consistent performance. This workshop helps your team define what high performance actually means for your specific group, how to maximize productivity based on each person's voice, and how to create alignment by harnessing the contribution of all five voices. Your team takes the Team Performance Assessment again to measure progress since Workshop 3.
A shared definition of high performance for your team
Strategies for maximizing productivity based on each person's voice
Tools for creating alignment across all five voices
A second Team Performance Assessment to measure progress
Every team has kryptonite, the patterns, habits, and blind spots that silently sabotage performance. This final workshop brings them into the open. Your team will identify the specific threats to your performance, from gossip and drama to misalignment and unresolved conflict, and learn practical tools for defeating each one so the gains you've made throughout the program actually stick.
A clear map of your team's specific performance threats
Tools for defeating gossip, drama, and misalignment
Strategies for sustaining team health long after the program ends
A final Team Performance Assessment to see how far you've come
Everyone speaks the same language. Misunderstandings drop. Conversations become direct, productive, and respectful.
The people who usually stay silent finally have permission and a framework to contribute. Your team gets access to perspectives it's been missing.
Your team learns to address tension head-on with tools that turn disagreement into stronger outcomes instead of fractured relationships.
When people understand how their teammates are wired, collaboration stops being a struggle and starts being a competitive advantage.
5 Voices for Teams is a six-workshop leadership and communication program designed to help teams understand how each person naturally thinks, communicates, and contributes. Using the 5 Voices framework, team members discover their leadership voice and learn how to work more effectively with others. The workshops build from individual awareness to practical tools for collaboration, trust, and high performance across the entire team.
5 Voices for Teams works best for leadership teams, departments, and growing organizations that want stronger communication and alignment. It’s especially helpful for teams experiencing friction, navigating growth or change, or wanting to develop a shared language for how they work together. The program helps talented individuals move from working independently to functioning as a truly cohesive team.
The program includes six workshops, each lasting about 2–3 hours, and each session builds on the previous one. Teams typically meet over several weeks or months so they can apply what they learn between sessions. Participants also complete exercises through the GiANT OS platform to reinforce insights and turn them into practical habits within their daily work
Teams that complete the program typically experience clearer communication, stronger collaboration, and healthier ways to handle conflict. Because everyone understands how their teammates think and communicate, misunderstandings decrease and trust increases. The result is a team that makes decisions faster, works through tension productively, and performs at a higher level together.
Scheduling a call is simply the first step in exploring whether the program is the right fit for your team. During the conversation, we’ll discuss your team’s current challenges, goals, and dynamics. You’ll also learn how the workshops work and what the experience could look like for your organization so you can decide the best next step.
